Had a horrible stay at this “hotel” after my nose job. The only clean place is the lobby, the rest of the property is dated, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, had to wear flip flops in the shower, couldn’t sit on the toilet, the breakfast was horrible, the fries were extra dry, soup was extra salty, the tomatoes and cucumbers were tastless. This hotel deserves 1 or maximum 2 stars.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. I stayed two nights and wished I could have spent it anywhere else. We were put on the top floor and everything was dated, the furniture, bed and linens. While they were cleanish, they pillows were lumpy and hard to sleep on. Our neighbor was playing loud music on both nights and had to repeatedly ask the reception to make them turn it down so we could sleep. The air conditioning was old and hardly worked. The room ended up being only slightly cooler than outside. Lastly the hot water was sporadic at best. After a long journey here, sightseeing in the city a cold shower is not how I wanted to end my nights. I would advise anyone that is thinking about staying here, to find somewhere else.

The location is excellent, the accommodation is comfortable and pleasant, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable, with nice and kind employees such as Hussein and Barish. Special thanks to the worker, samra , for her cooperation and sincerity in performing her work.👌👌👌

This is by far the worst experience ever for me whilst travelling. I came to Istanbul and had booked this "hotel" on it's advertisment. Let me be clear, there is no bar or restaurant and their breakfast consists of a few pastries and cold foods stuck on plates. Th room was awful and the duvet stuffed in the wardrobe(dirty). You could hear people in neighbouring rooms talking and flushing their toilets. The room was extremely small and dated and the shower was awful. The staff do not speak any English whatsoever either. I had to leave the property the next day as it wasn't what was advertised. They said they put the money back on my card, but the pending transaction disappeared the following morning. I had to pay two nights instead of one on top of that as I had to pay a cancellation fee for leaving the property even though they falsely advertised the property. I still have not received my refund of over €500 ..So I was also robbed by them too. Once you go behind the front area, this place is a complete dive..There are plenty of decent places to stay in Istanbul, this isn't one of them !!!

Rooms are extremely small, especially bathroom (0.5m² literally). A/C had only one mode and was leaking. Room was not so clean. There was no toilet paper. When we asked to change the room hotel staff said there is no room left, although we checked-in in the morning. I don't understand how this hotel is highly rated.

Great Hotel with friendly stuff! We stayed for 10 nights and it was perfect. Cleanness is on point, and the cleaning stuff are attempting to provide to guests everything that is needed. The location is also lovely, basically on the coast on the Asian side of Istanbul where there are a lot of markets, stores etc. If you take a ferry for 8-12TL you can get to the other coasts of Istanbul and it’s a wonderful experience. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and a parking (not from the hotel) with affordable prices and great people working there as well. Great for price-quality, should visit it!

Inexpensive 800 TL(about $42 at current rate) non smoking room including better than average breakfast, comfortable queen bed, clean bathroom, in room refrig and a/c, quiet side-street, near ferries, friendly staff, cable tv (mostly Turkish, but some in English), strong WiFi. Hard to beat the value. Reserve ahead (for reasons mentioned). Bring Google translate as staff is a little short on English, but it certainly doesn't hurt the clientele. Recommended to me by a Turkish friend whose family uses it regularly.
